SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Have a friend or two you want to start training with is a great way to stay motivated and keep yourself accountable. Our Small Group Training offers all the benefits of personalized one on one training in a small group atmosphere.  

INTENSE FITNESS TRAINING

 Are you ready for a challenge? Try combining HIGH-INTENSITY TRAINING using your own bodyweight with the use of dynamic movements. Shaun's precision-based fitness training speeds up your metabolic rate and boosts your metabolism for up to 48 hours. Meaning your body will remain in fat burning mode long after your session has ended.

MUAY THAI/BOXING TRAINING

Known for its 8 points of contact(hands, elbows, knees and feet/shins). Muay Thai training is physically demanding and it requires strong discipline in order to be performed in the right way. Muay Thai with Shaun usually last 60-90 mins. During these training sessions, you will be engaged in various physical activities like running, stretching before the exercises take place, bag work, shadow boxing, training with Thai pads, rope skipping, weight training, etc.


Take the Time to Get Ready

It's entirely possible to arrive at a yoga class two minutes before it starts, and not be late for your first pose. That's because all you have to do is roll out your mat. But with boxing classes, build in some extra time to wrap your hands.

As you do more boxing, this process can get speedier — but when you're first starting out, it takes longer to get a feel for how to do it. Also, don't be afraid to ask for some help.

SELF DEFENSE CLASS

Learn environmental awareness, assertiveness, verbal confrontation skills, safety strategies and physical techniques that enable you to successfully escape, resist and survive a violent attack. The class will teach you Muay Thai kickboxing techniques that utilize hands, elbows, knees and feet.
